How to Set Up Intent Filtering

Intent Filtering is a feature that allows you to only identitfy website visitors based on a set of rules related to where the visitor is coming from and the actions they have taken on site.

Step 1: Navigate to the Integration Section of your dashboard and select toggle on Intent Filtering

Step 2: Once Enabled you will see a list of actions you can filter by

Make a selection for your first filter criteria: Time on Site, Page Views or Geo Location.

Step 3: Input the rule criteria you want to filter on

For Example: Identify only visitors that have been on the site for more than 30 seconds.

Step 4: Add additional rules to create groups where both criteria must be true to identitfy

Step 5: Once satisfied with your selection criteria Save Changes and start identifying your highest intent visitors with 100% permission
