GHL Integration

GoHighLevel is a CRM and customer engagement platform that helps businesses and agencies manage prospects and existing customers across multiple channels. The IntentWave integration automatically adds identified, consented website visitors into your GoHighLevel account as contacts, allowing you to trigger workflows and take action on high-intent traffic in real time.

Getting Started With Connecting IntentWave and Go High Level

Follow these simple steps to start passing iyour permissioned contacts into yoru Go High Level Account. If you don't yet have a Go High Level account you can sign up here!

Step 1 : Login to GoHighLevel

On the left sidebar, select Automation.

Once you click Automation, you’ll see the Workflows screen. Click Create Workflow.

After clicking Create Workflow, choose Start from Scratch to begin building a new workflow.

Next, click Add New Trigger. On the right-hand panel, scroll down and search for Webhook, then select Inbound Webhook.

After clicking Inbound Webhook, you will see a URL. Copy the URL provided.

Step 2:

Log in to the InterWave Dashboard and navigate to the Integrations section. Scroll down to the Webhooks section and click Connect.

Paste the URL you copied from GoHighLevel (GHL) into the Webhook URL field.

Click Test which will turn it into Active, And Save Configuration.

Go back to your GoHighLevel (GHL) account and click Fetch Sample Requests.

Click Mapping Reference and select the fields. Then,click Save Trigger.

After saving the trigger, start mapping each field. For First Name, click Custom Values and choose Inbound Webhook Trigger.

Add any extra fields you want, like Phone Number or Address. After mapping all necessary fields, click Save.

Once you’ve saved, click the + icon to add additional additional actions.

In the Action field, type Tag, then choose Add Contact Tag.

In the tag field, type IntentWave and click Save Action.

Now that you've added a tag to each identified contact, you can set up triggers for Email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns for your retargeting strategy.

Rename Workflow, Publish, and the Save.
